Starting next week, we will be implementing a sign in/sign out weekly sheets for all the children. It is still a trial base but I'm sure it is a good idea to keep an eye on them. As the teachers are on gate duty they will be in charge of taking their attendants, notes (like if someone other then the parents are sending/ taking or the child is not feeling well - things like that.) It's also a good practice in remembering every single child's name.
As for daycare/extended programme children we have a slightly different form, which requires the parents to actually sign out for the children. Indicating who is picked up the child and at what time.
Hopefully we have your co-operation in implementing this procedure is making the school a safer place.

(We prefer credit card and cheque)
And we are all done =)
